About Us

Jordan Sterling, Grande Prairie therapist

Meet Jordan

Welcome. I’m Jordan Sterling, a therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field, primarily working within the Criminal Justice System. My work has given me the privilege of helping individuals navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges, many of which stem from challenging life circumstances and societal pressures.

My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a person-centered framework, which allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs. My aim is to create a space where you can feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I specialize in helping individuals—particularly men—who are struggling with issues such as addiction, including sexual addiction (pornography), sexual dysfunction, and other aspects of mental and emotional well-being that may often feel difficult to discuss. These struggles are complex, and I’m committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where we can work together to address the root causes of these challenges.

Through CBT, I guide my clients in identifying and transforming unhelpful thought patterns, while DBT techniques help with emotional regulation, mindfulness, and improving interpersonal relationships. My person-centered approach ensures that therapy is always collaborative, client-driven, and focused on your individual strengths, helping you build the tools necessary for long-term growth and healing.

While I have experience working extensively with men, I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds. Whether you are dealing with personal struggles, navigating difficult emotions, or seeking personal development, I am here to support you. I believe in a holistic, respectful, and empowering approach to therapy, and I’m honored to accompany you on your journey toward healing and positive change.

If you're ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out and start the conversation. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
